You've turned down reality TV in the past, but now you're judging on Battle of the Choirs. What made you say yes? This appeals to me because I don't think the people went into their choirs to be TV stars or music stars or dancing stars. They just love doing what they're doing and they'd do it whether there was a TV show there or not. Reality-TV shows love tension between the judges. How's the vibe on Choirs? There have been some tense moments when the judges have been divided. I don't watch any reality TV, I'm a sucker for a good documentary. Your fellow judge Charli from Hi-5 said she was the only one who knew how Pink's Get the Party Started should be sung. True? I'm vaguely aware of that stuff, I have children who are 14 and 12. It's not that I study the charts any more, but a lot of those songs have filtered through. That Mika song (Grace Kelly) was one of my son's favourites for months. Do you listen to much new music? I was a devotee of Pink Floyd and more recently Radiohead, but I've disappeared into that wonderful middle age of life where none of these things become a passion to follow. I think that's the case with many professional musicians, what's recreation to other people is work to us.

Madonna Unveils Robyn As European Tour Support
Swedish pop sensation Robyn will support Madonna on the European leg of here Sticky & Sweet world tour, it's been revealed.
Robyn will tour alongside the singer through August and September has her tour calls in arenas across Europe.
It's not yet clear whether Robyn will support Madonna on her two UK dates, at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium and London's Wembley Arena.
To date, Madonna's tour, in support of her latest album 'Hard Candy', has sold nearly one million tickets.

Born in Rome in 1951, Claudio Baglioni grew up singing but chased an playacting life history during the tardy '60s. Signed to the Italian division of RCA by the end of the decennary, however, Baglioni moved back to music with his 1970 self-titled debut. He released pentad additional albums for the label until 1977's Solo, moving later on to CBS. His first record album for the new label was 1978's E Tu Come Stai?, and Baglioni continued to record for CBS until 1986, when he temporarily retired. Back in form by 1990, Claudio Baglioni released Oltre for Sony Music, and followed the LP with several albums end-to-end the '90s. He continued his playing life history concurrently, appearance in several films by the famed Italian managing director Franco Zeffirelli.

Cannes Film Festival - Movie Reviews Changeling
Clint Eastwood's Changeling
has drawn some of the strongest early reviews yet at the Cannes Film Festival. (Critics
were unsure what the actual title was. The festival said on Tuesday that it had received
a written notice from the studio that the title had been changed to The Exchange
, aligning it with the French title, L'Échange. But at a news conference
Eastwood implied that he had not agreed to a such a change, and the daily festival
program, after revising the title on Tuesday changed it back to The Changeling today.)
Geoffrey MacNab in the London Independent called the film a "magisterial piece
of work." While predicting that the movie won't become a big box-office success for
Eastwood, he concluded that "in its unfussy craftsmanship and emotional punch, it shows
him still at the peak of his powers." Writing for the British trade publication Screen
Daily, Mike Goodridge predicted that the movie will "go all the way from the
Palais to the Academy Awards." Several critics attending the screening came away forecasting
an Oscar nomination not only for Eastwood but also for the film's star, Angelina
Jolie. "She is the entire, anxious point of Eastwood's film," wrote James Christopher
in the London Times, "and absolutely terrific." Todd McCarthy in Daily Variety
called her performance "top notch." And Kurt Honeycutt wrote in the Hollywood
Reporter, "Jolie puts on a powerful emotional display."

The Spears family may have another star to boast of in about 10 years. Spears family Britney's baby sister is pregnant with a girl rumours have surfaced. The Zoey 101 actress was being boasted of by her mom who said that she was expecting a little girl. The star is due on June 29th. She is already seven months pregnant. Meanwhile preparation are abuzz to welcome whoever it is in the family. The teen star was house hunting with fiance Casey Aldridge looking for a home in their native Louisiana to raise the child a 'normal kid'. The announcement may be good for the Spears clan a large blemish on whom is Britney Spears. The loss that her erratic behaviour is said to have cost her a huge 61 million dollars in the nbon promotion of her album Blackout by touring, her rehab escapades and all the other bizarre events that have been followed another bizarre incident.

Milt Buckner had a duple career. As a pianist, he largely invented the "locked men" style (parallel chords) that was adoptive by many other players including George III Shearing and Academy Award Peterson. And as an organist, he was i of the top pre-Jimmy Ian Smith stylists, helping to popularise the cat's-paw.
The younger chum of alto saxophonist Ted Buckner (earth Health Governance played with Jimmie Lunceford), Milt Buckner grew up in Motown and gigged topically, in addition to transcription for McKinney's Cotton plant Pickers in 1934. He came to celebrity as pianist and arranger with Lionel Lionel Hampton (1941-1948, 1950-1952, and like a shot and then in by and by years) where he was a crowd pleaser. During 1948-1950, Buckner light-emitting semiconductor diode his have bands and, afterwards 1952, he broadly speech production played pipe organ with trios or quartets. In subsequently long time, he sometimes teamed up with Illinois Jacquet or Jo John Paul Jones. Buckner recorded many dates as a leader, peculiarly for Shirley Temple Black & Amobarbital sodium in the seventies.

New Wuthering Heights in the works
A new moving-picture show reading of Emily Bronte's 'Wuthering Heights' is to be made.
Variety show reports that 'Love is the Devil' film director Lavatory Maybury will helm the movie.
Maybury is presently finish the fresh drama 'The Bound of Love', which stars Keira Knightley, Sienna Henry Valentine Miller and Irish Gaelic role player Cillian White potato.
Molding has begun for 'Wuthering Heights' and the film is due to begin shooting in the fall.
